Gas safe engineer = 70.00 p.h
Drains cleared = from £50.00 (Rodding only)
Report service = £150.00 (Drainage camera, watermain inspection. etc)
House Report Servey = £175.00 (This is the perfect aid when buying or selling a house or just for piece of mind)
Boiler Servicing = £120.00
OUT OF HOURS CALL OUT CHARGES ( between 5pm and 8am)
Plumber = £40.00 p.h
Gas safe engineer = £95.00 p.h

All prices exclude the cost of materials, there will be a minimum of 1hour charged and then charged in 30min increments.
ESTIMATES:
Estimates and Quotes are generally not chargeable, this however depends on the time nature of the work and the area. Any charge made will be deducted from your final invoice.
MATERIALS
All materials supplied by CROWNphc will be charged at cost plus 20%
INVOICE
You will receive an invoice in the post inc your written and signed Guarantee, the engineer must be paid on completion of works and you will be left with a receipt of payment and length of Guarantee. This will state clearly whats was done, time on site and material cost.
PAYMENT
Payments must be made in full on completion to the engineer, this must be made by Cheque, cash or bank transfer.
