WHAT DO YOU GET FOR YOUR £50.00?
1. A qualified Plumber will arrive at the appointment time agreed
2. He will, with his check sheet / report card, go through all the plumbing and heating (exluding boilers, boiler services seperate price £80.00 when used in conjunction with this offer, standard boiler serive alone £120.00) with in the house. He will test all isolations valves, wastes, drains and items that require maintenance.
3. We will then bring you a copy of his findings with a grading of urgency to repair or replace.
4. We will then bring the paperwork back to our office and print you out a report certificate and forward this to you.
5. This will also have the costing to repair each seperate item individually and another price for all at once (if any repairs are needed)
6. You may then use us or your own plumber to undertake the works as and when you require.
7. The spreadsheet also includes a check box so you can tick as these items are dealt with, if you choose to deal with them
8. All our repairs are Guaranteed for one year minimum. (written and signed)
9. You may use this as an Aid when buying or selling a house.
10. There is also a place on the sheet for the plumber who repairs and the company who mad the repair to sign and date, so you have full records of all the repairs, the dates and the companies.
All this for £50.00, and even if we do the service check and there are no issues, whats £50.00 for peace of mind.
STILL NOT CONVINCED well if we give your house the all clear with no repairs needed or urgency of repair and an issue occurs, we will make the repair for free this is also written and signed on the bottom of your report sheet.
